Former State Representatives Clark Johnson, Terry Morrow, Ruth Johnson and Don Ostrom joined together to author a letter to the editor urging policymakers to the finally finish the expansion of Highway 14 all the way to New Ulm. Collectively, these policymakers represented legislative districts that include this stretch of Highway 14 for nearly three decades. Each played a key role in advancing the gradual progress we have made toward improving Highway 14 over the years, to the current situation where we have just 12 miles left to finish. We thank these leaders for their continued advocacy to fix 14.
