Several Highway 14 advocates joined House Speaker Kurt Daudt (R-Crown) and other legislators at a press conference yesterday where they called on Governor Dayton to call a special session. Highway 14 Board members who participated in the press conference were President Bob Beussman (New Ulm Mayor), Vice President Steven Gray (Dodge County Commissioner), Past President Les Abraham (Owatonna City Council), Tom Kuntz (Owatonna Mayor), Kevin Raney (Owatonna City Council), Patrick Baker (Greater Mankato Growth), Fred Froehlich (Nicollet Mayor). Other participants included Jennifer Libby (Owatonna Chamber of Commerce), Kim Foels (Waseca Chamber of Commerce), Karen Foreman (Mankato City Council), Christian Holter (Rochester City Lines) and Jeff Okerberg (Owatonna City Council).
